Cado Motus Rookie One

The Cádomotus Rookie One is the ideal inline speed skate for ambitious beginners and young racers looking to start with premium-quality equipment. Available in sizes 37–42, it comes standard with a 12.0-inch Neo Transformer frame equipped with 4 × 100 mm wheels and can easily be converted to a 3 × 110 mm setup as your skills progress.

The Rookie One is designed to teach proper skating technique from the very beginning. The supportive boot provides excellent stability while allowing natural ankle movement, helping skaters develop a low skating position, maintain balance without overpronation, and master an efficient sideways push.

The rear section of the boot is constructed from fiberglass, providing excellent heel support while comfortably wrapping around the ankle to eliminate pressure points. This proven design is based on the highly successful Rookie JR boot.

The innovative Neo Transformer 2-in-1 frame allows you to switch between three and four wheels depending on your training goals. Use 4 × 100 mm for stability, grip, and technique, or switch to 3 × 110 mm for higher speeds and learning the double push.

Combined with the optional Cádomotus Resizer Insoles, the Rookie One grows with the skater. Size 37 can be adjusted down to size 35 using the YM Resizer, while size 40 can be converted to size 38 using the YL version, making the skate a long-lasting investment.
